The Andaz One Bangkok Management Trainee Program is a 6-12month development journey designed for young talents to grow into future leaders within the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong passion for hospitality, with a genuine interest in people, service, and creating personalized guest experiences
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and engage confidently with guests
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs
• Eligibility to work in Thailand
