We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team at Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, ensuring successful and efficient operations, maintaining guest relationships, and managing departmental budgets and payroll.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-year work experience
• Good computer skills (Knowledge of Opera is desirable)
• Experience in a managerial position
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
• Japanese and English skills
