Manager- Front Office

As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the Front Office operates successfully and efficiently, maintaining an updated awareness of hotel product knowledge and handling guest complaints and requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-year work experience
• Good computer skills (Knowledge of Opera is desirable)
• Experience in a managerial position
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
• Japanese and English skills
