Job Description
The Duty Manager - Front Office is responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to hotel standards, while working closely with other management personnel to achieve the overall success of the hotel and satisfaction of hotel guests.
Requirements
- Team Leaders experience
- Guest Service Officers experience
- Bell Attendants experience
- University Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (desired)
- 2-3 years relevant work experience as a Hotel Manager, Duty Manager, Night Manager or similar capacity
