Manager, Learning & Capability Building (Leader Learning & Core Capabilities)

The Manager of Learning & Capability Building will lead the execution and continuous evolution of enterprise learning programs focused on Leader Learning and Core Management Capabilities, and shape and scale Hyatt's learning ecosystem.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, or Consulting environment
• Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions
• Strong program and project management skills
