Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, or Consulting environment
• Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions
• Strong program and project management skills
• Experience working with learning technologies and external vendors
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
