Job Description
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Manager of Learning & Capability Building to join our Global Talent Management team. This role is responsible for leading the execution and continuous evolution of enterprise learning programs focused on Leader Learning and Core Management Capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, or Consulting environment
- Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions
- Strong program and project management skills
- Experience working with learning technologies and external vendors
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
