Manager, Learning & Capability Building (Leader Learning & Core Capabilities)

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Manager of Learning & Capability Building to lead the execution and continuous evolution of enterprise learning programs focused on Leader Learning and Core Management Capabilities. The role is responsible for designing and overseeing blended, user-centered learning experiences that drive real-world application.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, or Consulting environment
• Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions
• Strong program and project management skills
• Experience working with learning technologies and external vendors
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
• Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
