Job Description
The Outdoor Adventure Guide will lead guest-facing programs for leisure, corporate, and group guests of varying abilities, ensuring a safe and meaningful experience. A passion for outdoor adventure pursuits is key, including hiking, water activities, climbing, and basic rope-system knowledge. Flexibility in scheduling and daily responsibilities is essential.
Requirements
- 3+ years of facilitating and/or guiding outdoor adventure programs
- 1â2+ years guiding hiking-based programs
- 1â5+ years facilitating high/low ropes elements
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness First Responder certification
- Lifeguard certification
- Training or willingness to be trained in kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
