Job Description
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will lead your section with precision, creativity, and consistency. You'll be expected to uphold the highest standards in pastry preparation, mentor junior pastry chefs, and contribute to the innovation and execution of our dessert menus across multiple outlets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel pastry operations
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
