Pastry Chef de Partie

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill seeks a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section with precision, creativity, and consistency. The successful candidate will manage and oversee the pastry kitchen section, prepare and present desserts, and mentor junior pastry chefs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel pastry operations, with the ability to manage and lead a section independently
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques including laminated doughs, chocolate work, plated desserts, and bakery production
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to support and inspire junior pastry team members
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
