We are seeking a dynamic F&B Pool Manager to deliver superior Food and Beverage Service and maximize customer satisfaction at Sarena de Muro Mallorca Resort Destination by Hyatt.

Requirements

• Coordinating daily pool restaurant management operations
• Maintaining high standards of high-quality control
• Overseeing smooth operations in all areas, including the pool kitchen and bar areas
• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customers
• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
• Supporting in hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from pool and bar customers and employees
• Monitoring store inventory activity and ensuring proper provisions
• Supporting Operations Managers to manage procurement/purchasing, vendor relations
• Providing effective and efficient processes and strategies to evolve revenues and controls on expenses
• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
• Operating equipment responsibility
