Job Description
The Reservations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring accuracy in bookings, adherence to brand standards, and delivery of exceptional guest service. This role supports the hotelās revenue objectives by maximizing room sales, coaching the reservations team, maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring all reservations processes operate efficiently and in alignment with Hyatt standards.
Requirements
- Proficient in servicing guest requests through Hyatt systems
- Knowledge of Opera, Reserve, Revinate preferred
- Sales skills mandatory
- Strong telecommunication skills preferred
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, even if using translation services (i.e. Google Translate)
- Ability to manage phone calls and reservations tasks congruently
