We are recruiting a Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Andaz Miami Beach, a luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Mid-beach. The Reservations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring accuracy in bookings, adherence to brand standards, and delivery of exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
- Manage guest emails and shared reservation email inbox.
- Accurately identify guest needs and communicate special requests to appropriate departments.
- Promote packages, offers, and upsell opportunities to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Manage group blocks, rooming lists, and individual reservations associated with groups.
- Monitor online travel agency (OTA) reservations and ensure accurate processing.
- Manage extranet maintenance and guest messaging.
- Review arrivals daily to ensure guest preferences are honored.
- Review and process travel agent commissions.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks including daily reports, and reservation audits.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Reservations, Sales, Front Office, and other departments.
- Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to assist with VIP, Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales and Events.
