Restaurant Supervisor

Newly opened, Andaz Lisbon is an exciting luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital and represents a key milestone in Hyatt’s continued brand growth in Southern Europe. We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Andaz Lisbon!

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, including waitstaff, bartenders, and supervisors
• Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills related to team or service challenges
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Budget management skills, including cost control, pricing strategies, and profit margins
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and guests
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments, ensuring smooth service during peak periods
• Ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee stock levels to ensure timely product availability
• Experience in hotel openings will be considered an asset
