As a Revenue Manager, you will drive the hotel's commercial success by maximizing revenue and yield, preparing revenue analysis, and optimizing inventory controls. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, you will lead the execution of revenue strategies to optimize pricing and enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Revenue Management within a hospitality environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with inventory management, forecasting, pricing strategies, and distribution channel optimization.
- Proficiency with Hyatt systems and revenue management tools (or comparable industry systems).
- Demonstrated ability to manage both transient and group business segments effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy in reporting and data management.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Experience creating training documentation and delivering system or process training is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as requested to support business needs.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
- Degree in Hotel Management or related field required.
