Job Description
We are seeking a Revenue Manager to drive the hotel's commercial success, maximize profitability, and optimize pricing. As a key member of the revenue management team, you will analyze business trends, develop pricing strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with broader business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Revenue Management within a hospitality environment
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Experience with inventory management, forecasting, pricing strategies, and distribution channel optimization
- Proficiency with Hyatt systems and revenue management tools (or comparable industry systems)
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs
- Degree in Hotel Management or related field required
