Security Manager

The Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport is looking for a Security Manager to lead their security team and ensure that security standards are maintained and continuously developed at the highest level. The ideal candidate will have expertise, leadership, and high-quality awareness, and will be responsible for leadership, motivation, and further development of the security team.

Requirements

• Completed education as a security assistant ASGS or a comparable relevant security qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of object security, event security, occupational safety, health protection, and fire protection
• Proven leadership experience and enjoyment of training, motivating, and developing employees
• Good understanding of legal requirements, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance standards
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented, and risk-oriented way of working
• Experience in cooperation with external partners, authorities, and blue light organizations
• High stamina, decision-making ability, and professionalism even in stressful and crisis situations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
• Very good knowledge of German and English (both C2 level) in word and writing
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office and affinity to digital security and documentation systems
• High integrity, sense of responsibility, and loyalty
• Clean record (no entries in the criminal register or enforcement register)
