We are looking for a Security Manager to lead our security team and ensure that our security standards are always maintained and continuously developed at the highest level. The Security Manager will be responsible for leadership, motivation, and development of the Security team, as well as development, implementation, and continuous optimization of security and emergency concepts.
Requirements
- Completed training as a security assistant ASGS or a comparable relevant qualification
- Further education or training in the field of security, risk, or crisis management is an advantage
- Several years of experience in the fields of object security, event security, occupational safety, health protection, and fire protection
- Demonstrable leadership experience, as well as joy in training, motivating, and developing staff
- Very good understanding of legal requirements, regulatory demands, and internal compliance standards
- Well-developed analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented, and risk-oriented way of working
- Experience in cooperation with external partners, authorities, and blue-light organizations, as well as a secure appearance as a central contact person
- High resilience, decisiveness, and professionalism even in stress and crisis situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Hands-on mentality with operational experience in the security and event sector
- Very good German and English skills (both C2 level) in word and writing; further language skills are a plus
- Safe handling of Microsoft Office as well as affinity to digital security and documentation systems
- High integrity, sense of responsibility, and loyalty
- Unblemished reputation (no entries in the register of offenders or debtors)
