Job Description
Labour Relations Consultant provides expert advice and guidance on labour relations, collective agreements, and grievances. Supports management in internal and external grievance proceedings and collective agreement renewal negotiations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in industrial relations (MIR or MIRHR), JD/LLB, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Employment Standards Act, 2000; Labour Relations Act, 1995; and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with employees, management, union representatives, and external adjudicators.
