- Lead employee relations activities, including selection, promotion, discipline, succession planning, and talent development
- Monitor operational and financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
- Lead service improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Develop, implement, and maintain processes supporting federal and industry regulatory programs
- Ensure services are delivered cost effectively, meet customer standards, and reflect competitive, value added pricing
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners/clients, service users, and Hydro One Lines of Business
