Lead Regional HR Business Partner

Role Overview

We're looking for a Lead Regional HR Business Partner to join our team in a hybrid capacity in our Kolkata, India office. Partner closely with Line of Business (LOB)–aligned HR Business Partners and regional senior leaders to align talent, organizational, and workforce strategies with business objectives.

What You Will Do

Partner with LOB HRBPs to execute region-specific organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives. Coach and advise regional senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, performance management, and talent decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience including significant senior HR Business Partner or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting leaders across multiple countries and regions
• Proven success operating in global, matrixed environments
• Strong experience across multiple HR disciplines
• Excellent judgment and discretion when navigating complex, high-risk people decisions
