Requirements

• A history designing AI-native product experiences where intelligence is foundational, not additive, and delivered material impact to users or the business.
• Significant experience leading design for complex initiatives, end-to-end.
• Technical fluency, understanding the opportunities and limitations of AI and automation alike.
• Demonstrable use of AI tooling within your own workflow, such as for synthesis, prototyping, or engineering enablement.
