Head of Revenue (Edtech)

HyperionDev is a leading edtech company that provides accelerated tech education. As the Head of Revenue, you will lead the full revenue engine across B2C Admissions and B2B Corporate/SETA Learnerships, overseeing regional admissions teams and corporate sales functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading commercial, revenue, or sales operations teams
• Experience managing managers (e.g., regional heads, team leads)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, CRM reporting, forecasting, and funnel metrics
• Proven success in improving conversion, productivity, or commercial performance
