Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client servicing.
• 3+ years of experience in higher education or edtech.
• Demonstrated history in partner retention and growth.
• Ability to act as a trusted external advisor.
• High level of communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing complex decision-making processes.
