They are seeking a Head of University Partnerships to build and lead relationships with higher education institutions, driving strategic growth and collaboration. The role requires a strong understanding of partnership dynamics and a passion for online education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of account management, customer success, or client servicing experience
• 3+ years in edtech/higher education
• Demonstrated history in high partner retention and growth
• Ability to act as a trusted external advisor
• Strong communication and presentation skills (executing executive-level presentations)
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
