Job Description
We are seeking an Ecosystem Lead to own strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth across key tracks such as chain integrations, DeFi protocols, asset issuers, and institutional participants.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth within blockchain, fintech, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of at least two of the following domains: blockchain infrastructure, DeFi protocols, RWA, financial assets, or funds.
- Proven track record of closing complex partnerships or integrations in DeFi, tokenisation, or financial infrastructure.
