We are seeking a KOL Growth Marketing Manager to lead creator and influencer engagement, drive brand awareness, and scale user acquisition through strategic partnership and campaign execution. The role is crafted for a growth-oriented marketer who knows how to leverage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content partners to amplify the network’s visibility and community reach.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, growth marketing, or ecosystem engagement
- Deep understanding of social platforms, digital content formats, and creator ecosystems, especially in Web3 audiences
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset with competency in performance analytics, campaign measurement, and optimization
