KOL Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a KOL Growth Marketing Manager to lead creator and influencer engagement, drive brand awareness, and scale user acquisition through strategic partnership and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Lead the strategy and execution of KOL/influencer marketing initiatives
• Source, vet, negotiate, and manage relationships with top-tier KOLs, content creators, and industry thought leaders
• Build and own creator partnership frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate KOL efforts with key product launches, ecosystem milestones, and marketing campaigns
• Define and report on key performance indicators for KOL programs
• Support community engagement through co-created content, AMAs, livestreams, and events
