Lead Product Designer (Crypto Exchange)

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to spearhead and implement comprehensive design initiatives for medium to large-scale projects for a decentralized exchange. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on detail, experience in managing design systems, and expertise in Figma.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in product design
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Significant experience managing design systems
• Proficient in Figma and possibly Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Proven experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating with product, engineering, and QA teams
