Lead Product Designer (Crypto Exchange)

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to spearhead and implement comprehensive design initiatives for medium to large-scale projects in a decentralized exchange.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in product design
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong focus on detail
• Significant experience managing design systems
• Proficient in Figma
• Proven experience in managing stakeholders
• Expert in Figma
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to build a product's UI/UX from the ground up
