Recruitment Consultant (Technology)

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Technology) with a strong background in recruitment and a keen interest in the Web3 and Emerging Technology industry. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment agency (360 recruitment), with strong track records
• Experience in recruiting for emerging technology sectors (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and semi-conductor)
• Familiarity with emerging technology sectors, including developments and trends
• Strong knowledge of CRM and recruitment platforms is an advantage
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
