We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Technology) with a strong background in recruitment and a keen interest in the Web3 and Emerging Technology industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions within the company.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition through to offer negotiation and on-boarding for various roles within the organization
- Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insights
- Utilize CRM and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain candidate databases
