Job Description
We are hiring a Senior QA Lead to own and elevate quality across the Moca product lifecycle, focusing on a fast-growing Web3 startup building privacy-first infrastructure. The role involves defining QA strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving automation to ship reliable and delightful features. They are seeking someone who can champion a shift-left mindset and scale the QA function.
Requirements
- 7+ years in QA/Software Quality roles
- 2+ years leading QA initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong expertise in test strategy, risk-based testing, and requirements analysis
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Proficiency with CI/CD and version control
- Solid understanding of modern web/mobile architectures
- Experience with non-functional testing
