Job Description
We are seeking a Senior QA Lead to own and elevate quality across the Moca product lifecycle. The role involves defining QA strategy, leading testing efforts, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and delightful features. The company focuses on building privacy-first infrastructure for digital identity and reputation.
Requirements
- 7+ years in QA/Software Quality roles
- 2+ years leading QA initiatives
- Strong expertise in test strategy, risk-based testing, requirements analysis, and release management
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
- Proficiency with CI/CD and version control
- Solid understanding of modern web/mobile architectures
- Experience with non-functional testing
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining quality metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Awareness of smart contracts and EVM tooling
