Hypori, Inc. is a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company seeking a Business Development Representative to join its growing GTM team in Austin. The role involves pipeline generation, event & field support, and campaign execution.
Requirements
- 1β2 years of outbound sales or BDR/SDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
- Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed activity and pipeline metrics
- Strong phone presence β comfortable making cold calls and do not need to be told twice
- Excellent written communication; capable of crafting sharp, concise outbound emails
- High energy, competitive by nature, and genuinely motivated by results
- Coachable and process-oriented β executes the playbook and improves it over time
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to manage competing priorities across pipeline generation, event support, and campaign execution
- Experience selling into Federal, Defense Industrial Base, or Financial Services verticals a plus
- Exposure to cybersecurity, mobile security, or zero-trust concepts a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, Gong Engage, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
