Job Description
The Head of Legal will lead the legal, compliance, and risk function in Singapore and serve as a key legal advisor to senior management across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice law in Singapore (or other common law jurisdiction with strong Singapore market experience)
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification legal experience, with at least 5 years in a senior legal role
- Strong background in commercial law, product advisory, and regulatory compliance
- Prior in-house experience in a technology, digital platform, or e-commerce company preferred
- Proven ability to manage multi-jurisdictional legal teams and coordinate legal operations in matrix organizations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, regional business environment
