Senior AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and optimisation of generative AI features across both research and production. The role involves working closely with the Head of AI to improve model quality, streamline pipelines, and launch features that reach real users. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and autonomy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production ML, with a focus on computer vision or image generation
• Expert-level proficiency in PyTorch and large-scale ML infrastructure
• Experience with diffusion models, GANs, or modern generative architectures
• Proven track record optimising models for quality, speed, and cost
• Strong quantitative and benchmarking skills
• Bachelors or Masters in CS, AI, or related field
• Must be based in Vietnam
