Senior AI Researcher

We're seeking an experienced researcher to lead the client's innovation pipeline for next-generation AI features, working closely with the Head of AI and co-founders to shape research direction, evaluate emerging techniques, and drive ideas from paper to product.

Requirements

• Lead cutting-edge research in generative AI, computer vision, and creative tooling
• Translate novel research into high-quality prototypes and production-ready features
• Build and manage our innovation pipeline, including internal benchmarks and evaluation frameworks
• Stay on top of emerging trends and assess new architectures for potential integration
• Publish research, present at top-tier conferences, and represent company within the AI research community
• Collaborate closely with engineering to bridge the gap between research and product execution
