The Administrator - Air Logistics position will manage the inbound/outbound transportation of auto parts into U.S. manufacturing plants along with container movements, ensuring cost minimization and prompt customer response.

Requirements

• Inbound/Outbound Operation Services
• Coordinate and monitor US inbound traffic
• Analyze the volume of inbound shipments
• Support insurance claims for cargo damage/accident/customer claims
• Daily Coordination with Customer Inquiries
• Monitor and support container moves
• Coordinate urgent container deliveries
• Manage Demurrage/Detention/Chassis Charges
• Update Genisys system container history
• Manage Internal/External Communication to Enhance Operations
• Coordinate with various departments
• Prepare required documents
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
