Analyst - Air Logistics

The Analyst - Air Logistics position will be responsible for managing the overall Air Import & Export daily operations, developing logistics solutions to reduce costs and improve service levels, and building strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

• General 3PL operations (Inbound, Outbound, In-land, and Warehouse/Distribution)
• Oversee the transportation of freight and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Provide guidance and direction to freight forwarding operation team
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, inland transportation carriers
• Accurately manage and maintain departmental operational tasks
• Manage accounts to retain existing relationships and grow share of business
• Ensure that all issues related to service failures are followed up on and corrective action implemented
• Implement and continuously enhance Air Freight forwarding operational procedures
• Prepare FF month end, support Finance/Accounting department
• Manage and monitor freight forwarding accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Customer services and client management
• New accounts operation set-up support and competitive analysis
• Accomplish top management mission by completing related results as needed
