The Senior Manager - Port Operations Support will be responsible for leading a team with multi-functions to support port operations to successfully achieve port processing goals including meeting monthly wholesale objectives, inventory aging management, port campaign management, parts supply chain management, and other non-standard transactions.

- Proven track record of implementing technology-driven initiatives to optimize operations and drive efficiencies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Process improvement and project management methodologies and experience
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of PowerBI Tool (Preferred)
