Job Description
We want you to manage export customs processes, support warehouse about logistics issues, and coordinate relations with customs office, insurance company, logistics service provider, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business administration or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, export or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, SAP
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Analytical thinking and highly problem solving skills
- Building collaboration with internal and external suppliers and customers
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset
- Being open to communication is always a priority
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, respond to customer needs quickly and effectively, and adaptive to change
- Strong statistical knowledge, highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
