We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to analyze and follow up on field claims, joint investigate with suppliers, and prepare reports on quality issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or related fields, at least 2 years of QA/QC experience, and knowledge of IATF 16949, Trim Part Group, Core Tools, and MS Office.
