Job Description
The Part-Time IT Support Intern will work in a collaborative Agile team environment, gaining hands-on experience in software development, quality assurance, and Salesforce administration. This role involves designing, developing, and testing software solutions, primarily on the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
- Pursuing Associates or Bachelor's Degree in IT, business management or another related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, SOQL, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with software testing principles and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with GitHub and version control practice preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
