Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage IMP Aerostructures demanding Programs departments. This customer-focused role requires a high degree of communication and negotiation skills with both the customer and the internal organization.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a program management role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset
- Experience in the Aerospace and / or Manufacturing Industries preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate results
- Must possess advanced computer skills including MS Office and Microsoft Project
- Requires a high degree of communication and negotiation skills with both the external customer and the internal organization
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
- Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian controlled goods program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian Government security clearances
