Job Description
This Maintenance Project Manager role supports the Maintenance Team and production facility, overseeing plant-wide preventative maintenance and inventory control. The position is full-time, with daytime hours Monday through Friday, and requires flexibility to manage a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities include implementing monitoring systems, handling unexpected issues, and ensuring adherence to GMPs and food safety protocols.
Requirements
- Manage and expand a plantwide preventative maintenance program
- Oversee daily maintenance processes and operations
- Identify, manage, and control inventory and safety-stock levels
- Optimize and integrate PO process with inventory and financial systems
- Implement monitoring systems for production and filling equipment
- Provide technical solutions for electrical or general control issues
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
