Senior Director/Executive Director, DMPK

Iambic Therapeutics is seeking an experienced DMPK leader to lead our Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics function. Reporting to senior leadership, you will define the scientific strategy for DMPK from early discovery through IND-enabling studies.

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or closely related discipline or PharmD
• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in DMPK.
• Proven experience in designing, conducting, and interpreting DMPK studies supporting small molecule oncology programs.
• Experience with regulatory submissions is required.
• Expertise in regulatory requirements and industry standards for DMPK studies (ICH guidelines, FDA regulations etc.).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
