We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Mill Maintenance to join the Côté Gold Mine Site. This role involves ensuring the sustained reliability, integrity, and optimal performance of mill assets during continuous operation. The specialist will provide expert guidance in job scoping, resource allocation, and failure analysis to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- Relevant mechanical trade, technologist, or engineering degree in mechanics
- Certification in the field of education (Red Seal, PEO, etc.)
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification is highly desirable
- 10+ years of related work experience in a mineral processing plant
- Previous experience in the mining industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of Maintenance processes
- Strong technical writing skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and software, specifically MS Office, Oracle, AutoCAD
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills
- Well organized, works well independently and in team settings, possesses good time-management skills, and is able to work effectively under pressure
