Service Engineer

Service Engineer position at IBA Industrial in Beloit, WI, US. As a vital member of our dedicated customer team, the Site Engineer will manage and ensure the optimal performance of our state-of-the-art accelerator-based system, located at the customer site, which produces crucial radioisotopes for medical applications.

Requirements

• Maintain and deploy the system for various customer needs
• Troubleshoot system equipment including electrical, mechanical, and software problems
• Perform maintenance of the system including routine preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and corrective maintenance as necessary
• Perform system inspections and clearly communicate the status of the system to leadership as well as to IBA employees
• Provide support to system hardware and software testing
• Support daily clinical operations for the customer staff as defined by the Field Service Manager in accordance with site policies
• Maintain adequate records as defined by the customer and Field Service Manager in accordance with company QA and FDA regulations
• Support the IBA’s systems in all phases, which will include but not be limited to unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and other various site related activities as the Field Service Manager defines them
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
